Qualifications

• Experience as Installation Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar in electronic security/low voltage industries.
• Knowledge of local permitting requirements and codes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation backlog and pending projects.
• Contact customers to schedule and confirm installation appointments.
• Coordinate technician schedules and project timelines.
• Order and track materials, equipment, and parts for installation projects.
• Create, process, and manage purchase orders (POs).
• Support Installation Manager with day-to-day operational activities.
• Monitor project status and ensure deadlines are met.
• Follow up on customer, vendor, and internal emails.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Assist with customer service inquiries and provide project updates.
• Support billing, accounts receivable, and administrative functions as needed.
• Work closely with technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects comply with local permitting requirements and regulations.
