Job summary

Securitas Technology, a global leader in integrated security solutions, is seeking an Installation Scheduling/Project Coordination professional to drive the end-to-end installation process. You will coordinate with Project Managers, field leaders, and subcontractors, ensuring CCD and PSD dates are met and orders move smoothly from initiation through completion.

The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and scheduling systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
• Requires a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in operations scheduling, operations support and/or project coordination.
• Ability to demonstrate and possess a working knowledge of the installation processes and systems, including an understanding of the overall order to cash process.
• Must be proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and other computer systems, as well as database management and project management system input and maintenance.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Must have effective written and verbal communication skills as well as an ability to effectively communicate with customers as needed.
• Occasional lifting of parts and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Installation Technicians to meet customer dates with District Install Manager and Project Manager support.
• Drive installation process for orders from start to finish, aligned with PMs and field leadership.
• Coordinate with PMs on subcontractor schedules, including tracking arrivals/departures to customer sites.
• Review new orders for Customer Contact Information, Scope of Work, and Traditional/TIS allowances.
• Be the primary customer contact to obtain CCD and PSD dates when assigned by the District Install Manager.
• Maintain Electronic Installation Folders and update inventory counts weekly for parts pulled from stock.
• Manage PSD and Project Scope changes, including impact on manufacturing, transportation, and resources.
• Own equipment tasks: schedule ordering, tracking, RMAs, and vendor invoicing.
• Review and submit subcontractor POs for approval and Accounts Payable; close out tasks after project.
• Create and document action items in Solomon and escalate when needed.
• Maintain installation schedule using Solomon & Atlas or other scheduling tools.
• Follow up with labor via phone/email to meet PSD/CCD dates.
• Receive all boxes delivered via UPS/FedEx; manage office supplies.
• Receive packing slips in SAP daily and file with job packet.
• Send email updates of parts received to Install & Service teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
