Job summary

Loyal Source in Lenexa, KS is seeking an Installation Coordinator to coordinate projects, manage installation schedules, and ensure technicians have the resources needed to complete installations.

The ideal candidate has prior experience as an Installation Coordinator or Project Coordinator within electronic security or related low voltage industries, and strong communication and organizational skills. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with a $22/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Strong scheduling and organizational abilities are required.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation backlog and pending projects.
• Coordinate customer scheduling and confirm installation appointments.
• Arrange technician schedules and project timelines.
• Track materials, equipment, and parts for installation projects.
• Create and manage purchase orders (POs).
• Support Installation Manager with daily operations.
• Monitor project status to meet deadlines.
• Respond promptly to customer, vendor, and internal emails.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide updates.
• Support billing, accounts receivable, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with technicians, vendors, and customers for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with local permitting requirements and codes.
