Job summary

Securitas Technology, a provider of integrated security solutions, seeks an Installation Coordinator to manage electronic security installation projects from order visibility to closure. You will collaborate with District Install Managers, Project Managers, and field teams to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include scheduling technicians, tracking PSD/CCD dates, and maintaining documentation in Solomon/Atlas or equivalent systems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must communicate effectively (oral/written) with customers and internal teams.
• Requires 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, operations support, or project coordination.
• Working knowledge of installation processes and order-to-cash elements.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and database/project systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Installation Technicians to meet customer dates with District Install Manager and Project Manager support.
• Drive installation process for all orders from start to finish, coordinating with PMs and field leadership.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and track arrivals/departures to customer sites.
• Review new orders for Customer Contact Info, Scope of Work, and allowances.
• Serve as primary customer contact to obtain CCD and PSD dates when assigned.
