Job summary

Crew2 is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to manage installation projects from initiation through completion, while mentoring the Project Coordination team. You will ensure excellent customer service, efficient execution, and financial accuracy by coordinating with customers, installers, vendors, and internal departments.

You will lead multiple projects, monitor quotes and payments, and drive continuous improvement with Operations Management. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or 3+ years in related industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within service standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle and manage communications.
• Respond to inquiries and service requests promptly, ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage complex escalations and collaborate with installers and internal teams to deliver outcomes.
• Verify customer satisfaction and close projects with proper documentation.
