Job summary

Crew2, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee installation projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate with customers, installers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver on-time results and accurate financials.

You will mentor junior coordinators, handle escalations, and drive continuous improvement across operations, ensuring high-quality customer experiences and project success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field required; OR 2+ years experience as a Project Coordinator.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage installer payments and pay documentation for accuracy.
• Mentor and support Project Coordinators to ensure consistency and best practices.
