Job summary

Crew2 is seeking a Project Coordinator in Minneapolis to act as the primary liaison between customers and the installation workforce. You will help manage installation schedules, coordinate with service providers, and ensure a high-quality customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for coordinating schedules and inquiries.
• Experience in the building trades, installation, or construction service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules and timeframes.
• Conduct proactive outreach to customers to review installation timing and expectations.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and service requests; follow up post-installation to confirm satisfaction.
• Serve as primary point of contact and problem solver when issues arise during installation.
• Coordinate and dispatch work orders to service providers and verify completion and satisfaction.
• Support production team to achieve operational excellence and maintain service quality.
• Maintain awareness of customer satisfaction metrics and contribute to favorable outcomes.
