Qualifications

• Prior installation coordinating experience and routing/scheduling software is strongly preferred.
• Expert level product and installation knowledge.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and communicate effectively.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Proactively develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements.
• Review and modify work orders for scope accuracy, dates, and product availability.
• Contact customer to schedule pre-site events, delivery, and installation.
• Update Installation Calendar with pertinent job conditions.
• Track installations by product type.
• Receive notes, change orders, photos, and invoices; provide pricing; serve as primary contact.
