Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Canada is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage installation schedules for drivers, document technicians, sales and solutions professionals across VT, NH, ME, and NY. You will coordinate with clients and Account Executives to ensure on-time delivery of products and services.

duties include pre/post implementation calls, progress tracking, hotel reservations when needed, and invoicing schedule support.
