• 3+ years in home construction/remodeling/installation management.
• Experience recruiting, training, and onboarding subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party installers based on availability and proximity.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule installations.
• Review daily installation and service reports to identify wins and improvement.
• Train and develop installation staff and subcontractors both in the office and in the field.
• Recruit additional subcontractors to expand installation capacity.
• Ensure subcontractors hold valid driver licenses and suitable vehicles.
