Job summary
Leaf Home is seeking an Installation Manager in Ashland, VA to oversee daily operations of the Installation department, lead scheduling for third-party installers, and ensure timely, high-quality service for customers. The position requires 3+ years in home construction/remodeling/installation management, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, coach, and onboard subcontractors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assign installation jobs to third-party networks and manage scheduling.
- Collaborate with customer to schedule jobs per installer availability and preferences.
- Review daily reports and drive continuous improvement in installation processes.
- Train and develop installation staff and subcontractors; improve retention and performance.
- Recruit subcontractors to expand installation capacity.
