Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking an Installation Manager to schedule, coordinate, and oversee field installations, ensuring on-time completion, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead installer crews and subcontractors, manage workforce capacity, monitor safety and compliance, and collaborate with Field Managers and other departments to keep projects running smoothly. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in installation management or field operations.
• Experience managing subcontractor relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage workforce to support customer volume and service needs.
• Direct install crews and subcontractors to meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with Field Managers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Identify efficiency improvements and lead training for contractors.
