Job summary

Leaf Home in Farmington Hills, MI seeks an Installation Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Installation department at a local field office. You will lead scheduling, manage third-party installers, and ensure service quality, safety, and efficiency.

With 3+ years in installation management and a proven ability to recruit, train, and develop subcontractors, you will drive performance across the installation network. A valid driver's license and ability to handle ladders are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management.
• Track record of recruiting, training, coaching, and onboarding subcontractors.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple installation projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party installers based on availability and proximity.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate installation timelines and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule jobs per installer availability and preferences.
• Review daily reports to identify wins and opportunities for improvement.
• Train and coach installation staff and contractors in office and field.
• Recruit subcontractors to expand installation capacity and capabilities.
