The role focuses on scheduling, service resolution, training, and managing a network of third-party installers to ensure timely, high-quality installations. Responsibilities include workforce planning, collaboration with Service and Sales Ops, and ongoing training to improve productivity and subcontractor retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in residential installation management or home construction preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party installers based on availability and proximity.
• Lead daily operations to improve speed to installation and customer satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and develop installation staff and subcontractors.
