Job summary

Artisan Design Group is seeking an Operations & Installation Manager to oversee branch warehouse and installation functions. You will manage installer schedules, warehouse personnel, inventory, and job preparation to ensure safe, efficient work that meets industry standards.

Work closely with the Branch Manager, sales reps, installers, and office staff to resolve issues and maintain resources to meet workload. Equal opportunity employer; accommodations available.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving materials.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to supervise and provide direction to warehouse and installation personnel.
• Experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, or scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep installation schedules properly staffed and organized.
• Ensure installation work meets company and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory and job material accountability.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide effective leadership to warehouse and installation personnel.
• Communicate job and operational issues promptly to the team.
• Ensure shipping, receiving, scanning, and daily reporting are completed accurately.
