Job summary

Empire Today is seeking an Installation Manager to lead a team and own installation activities in the market. You will direct in-home and B2B flooring installation, allocating products, materials, and independent contractors to match project needs and ensuring customers are prepared for installation.

The role requires coordination with cross-functional teams, strong leadership, and a focus on profitability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a recruiting strategy to locate independent contractor installation businesses.
• Foster relationships with installation contractors and coach them.
• Oversee audit process to ensure materials and scope align with sales.
• Manage daily loading of project opportunities and follow-through to completion.
• Review capacity planner and allocate orders by priority to installers.
