Job summary

Leaf Home, LLC is seeking an Installation Manager to lead the daily operations of the Installation department at a local field office. You will oversee customer scheduling, service resolution, and a network of subcontractors to deliver quality installations.

The role emphasizes coaching, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction in home improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualifications not required; high school diploma or equivalent accepted.
• Experience in home construction, remodeling, or installation management is essential.
• Strong ability to recruit, train, coach, and onboard subcontractors.
• Attention to quality and detail across installation processes.
• Effective hands-on and documentation-based teaching methods.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party network based on availability and proximity.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate installations and improve speed to service.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule jobs per installer availability and preferences.
• Review daily reports to identify wins and improvement areas.
• Lead and develop installation staff and contractors, both office and field-based.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training gaps and deploy solutions.
• Recruit subcontractors to expand installation capacity and capability.
