The role requires at least a High School diploma and 3+ years in home construction or installation management, with strong coaching, training, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in home construction, remodeling, or installation management.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and onboard subcontractors.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control across installation processes.
• Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based methods.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party installer network based on availability and proximity.
• Identify opportunities to pull forward jobs and accelerate installation timelines.
• Schedule jobs with customers based on installer availability and preferences.
• Review and publish daily installation and service reports for insights and improvements.
• Coach and develop installation employees and contractors in-office and in-field.
• Recruit subcontractors to expand installation capacity and capability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure safety and policy compliance.
