Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in home construction or installation management.
• Experience recruiting, training, and onboarding subcontractors.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder expectations.
• Must have a truck or van and a valid driver's license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
