Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking an Installation Manager to lead daily operations of the Installation department at a local field office in Lombard, IL. You will supervise scheduling, service resolution, and training of the installation network to ensure efficient, high‑quality results.

Lead the subcontractor team, improve processes, and partner with Service and Sales Operations to address customer issues on first service call.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in home construction, remodeling, or installation management.
• Proven ability to recruit/train subcontractors and manage schedules.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third‑party networks and optimize scheduling.
• Coordinate with customers, installers, and internal teams for timely installs.
• Review daily reports and drive efficiency and quality in installations.
• Coach and develop installation staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety and policy requirements.
