Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking an Installation Manager to lead the daily operations of the Installation department in a local field office in Indianapolis, IN. This role oversees customer scheduling, service resolution, and management of the third-party installation network while driving efficiency and quality across the team.

The position requires 3+ years in installation management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to train and develop installers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in home construction/remodeling/installation management.
• Experience recruiting, training, coaching, and onboarding subcontractors.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to quality in installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party installers based on availability and proximity.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule installations.
• Train and develop installation staff and contractors.
• Improve subcontractor retention and performance.
• Collaborate with office and field teams to ensure smooth operations.
