Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking an Installation Manager to lead the daily operations of the Installation department in a local field office. You will oversee scheduling, service resolution, training, and management of third‑party installer networks.

We value hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive efficiency and quality across installation teams. Travel and field presence are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management.
• Experience recruiting, training, coaching, and onboarding subcontractors.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control in installation processes.
• Must own/drive a truck or van to carry ladders and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party installers by geographic proximity.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate scheduling and installation.
• Schedule jobs with customers based on installer availability.
• Publish daily reports on installation and service activity.
• Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth workflow from schedule to install.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales Operations to resolve issues on first call.
• Coach and develop installation staff and contractors on-site and in the field.
• Improve subcontractor retention through training and engagement.
• Work with Field Trainer on installer performance and capacity.
• Identify training gaps and propose solutions with leadership.
• Recruit subcontractors as needed to expand capacity.
