Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking an Assistant Installation Manager to support daily operations of the installation department, including scheduling, inventory, and training of third-party installers. You will work with the Installation Manager to ensure timely completion of projects and accurate job costing, while coordinating with office staff to maintain flow from schedule to install.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in home improvement construction and/or residential installations is preferred.
• Project management experience is required or highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Installation Manager with daily operations of the installation department.
• Coordinate job production scheduling, warehouse/inventory distribution and counts, and service scheduling.
• Recruit, onboard, and train third-party installers.
• Ensure daily installation schedule is met and enter job orders in the operations app.
• Order products based on job specs to maintain stock and inventory.
• Collaborate with other teams to meet regional goals.
