Leaf Home is seeking an Assistant Installation Manager to support daily operations of the installation department, including scheduling, inventory, and onboarding of third-party installers. This role partners with field teams to ensure on-time completions and maintains organized job packets and costs.

The ideal candidate has project management experience, thrives in a fast-paced team environment, and is capable of coordinating multiple tasks while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in home improvement construction and/or residential installations is preferred.
• Project management experience is required.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Installation Manager in daily operations of the installation department, including scheduling and inventory tasks.
• Recruit, onboard, and train third-party installers as needed.
• Ensure daily installation schedules are met and accurately enter job orders into the operations app.
• Order and manage product stock to support installations and maintain inventory levels.
• Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth flow from scheduling to completion and assist with site setup when required.
• Support field teams and partners on-site with staging and logistics as needed.
