Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in home construction, remodeling, or installation management.
• Strong recruiting, training, coaching, and onboarding of subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party network based on availability and proximity.
• Coordinate scheduling with customers and installers to meet timelines.
• Train, coach, and develop installation staff and contractors.
