Empire Today LLC seeks an Installation Manager to lead a team and own market installation activities. You will allocate product, materials, and independent contractors for in-home and B2B flooring installations, ensuring customers are prepared for installation and projects meet budgeted goals.

The role emphasizes recruiting skilled contractors, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and maintaining profitable operations while upholding safety and quality standards across on-site and office

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and order management software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for stakeholder communication.
• Experience with materials take-offs, estimating, and installation coordination preferred.

Responsabilités

• Formulate and execute a recruiting strategy to locate independent contractor installation businesses.
• Foster a strong working relationship with installation contractors and coaching.
• Oversee audit of installations to ensure scope matches sales and that materials are available.
• Manage daily loading of project opportunities and follow-through in Empire Today systems.
• Review capacity and allocate orders to installers by priority and rating.
• Lead pre-load and post-load meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Resolve issues with contractors and changes with customers and approvals.
