Job summary

Empire Today, LLC seeks an Assistant Installation Manager to oversee installation projects for in-home and B2B flooring sales. You will allocate materials, coordinate installers, liaise with customers and managers, and drive on-time, within-budget project delivery across installation sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong computer systems skills including Microsoft applications and order management software.

Responsibilities

• Locate, evaluate and onboard independent installer talent to meet demand.
• Liaise between managers, customers and employees.
• Evaluate customer satisfaction and adjust allocations accordingly.
• Coach installers to ensure Empire meets delivery expectations.
• Audit projects to ensure materials match the sales contract.
• Manage subcontractor change orders and payments with customers.
