Job summary

Keller Interiors LLC is seeking an Installation Sales Manager to lead a team of flooring installers, schedule daily operations, and approve payroll. You will perform in-home measurements, prepare quotes, and engage customers to drive product decisions and project success.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality installations, maintaining records via mobile tools, and supporting conversion with Sales Operations Coordinators. Local travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; sales or flooring install experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and customer-facing experience are essential.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home measurements and create digital floor plans.
