Job summary

Empire Today LLC is seeking an Assistant Installation Manager to oversee installation projects for in-home and B2B flooring sales. You will allocate products, supplies, and installer resources, coordinate with managers and customers, and monitor quality from start to finish to ensure project success.

The role emphasizes coordinating contractors, evaluating satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining safety and efficiency on job sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, installers and management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and order management software.

Responsibilities

• Locate, evaluate and onboard independent installer talent to meet demand.
• Liaise between managers, customers and employees.
• Evaluate customer satisfaction of subcontractors and adjust allocations.
• Direct subcontractor allocations based on licensure and location.
• Manage loadout operations and ensure timely implementation at sites.
