Impact Property Solutions in Chantilly, VA is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to act as the company’s voice and face, lead our customer-service focused team, and schedule installations for multi-family projects.

This role will resolve emergencies, train new employees, coach crews on safe, quality work, and collaborate with Operations and Sales to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years flooring fabrication experience.
• Minimum 3 years project management experience.
• Experience in multi-family construction preferred.
• Secondary education in business management or related field preferred.
• Local travel required.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation teams within the service area.
• Provide leadership to warehousing and sub-contractors.
• Create daily installation and production schedules.
• Monitor schedule completion and report progress.
• Work with Operations and Sales to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Forecast and provide project feedback to Branch General Manager.
• Advise subcontractors on safe installation methods.
• Coach crews to maximize productivity and safety.
• Develop install culture and maintain vendor relationships.
• Support attainment of department and company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
