Leaf Home in Alpharetta, GA seeks an Installation Manager to lead daily operations of the Installation department, overseeing scheduling, service resolution, training, and a network of third-party installers. You will drive performance and reliability across field teams and partner with Sales and Service to deliver top-tier home improvement experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in installation management, strong coaching abilities, and a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management.
• Proven track record recruiting, training, coaching, and onboarding subcontractors.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Must have a truck or van with the ability to carry ladders of various heights.
• Familiar with ladders and field safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party installers based on availability.
• Coordinate scheduling with customers and installers to meet timelines.
• Review daily reports to identify wins and improvement areas.
• Train and develop installation staff and contractors.
• Collaborate with service, sales, and office teams.
• Recruit subcontractors to expand capacity.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain organized workflow from schedule to install.
