The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of construction project management experience. A Bachelor's degree, OSHA certifications, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are beneficial. The role involves regular travel to job sites and ensuring quality execution through collaboration with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in window and door installation.
• Prior hands-on installation experience in new construction is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
