Job summary

Closet Factory, Inc. is seeking an experienced Install Manager to oversee daily installation operations and service calls.

You will manage installation crews, schedule jobs, ensure quality installations, resolve customer issues, and coordinate service work while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include reviewing jobs, tracking labor hours and profitability, training staff, and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience is required.
• Previous installation experience is required.
• Experience managing installation crews or field service teams.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read drawings and installation plans.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple crews and jobs simultaneously.
• Ability to visit job-sites and assist with installation and service troubleshooting when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule installation crews.
• Review jobs prior to installation to ensure materials, drawings, and hardware are correct.
• Manage installer performance, productivity, attendance, and quality.
• Perform jobsite inspections and quality control checks.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and coordinate solutions.
• Schedule and assign service work based on urgency and technician availability.
• Communicate with customers regarding installation schedules, delays, service issues, and concerns.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate reworks and service calls to ensure issues are resolved quickly and correctly.
• Track installation and service completion, labor hours, and job profitability.
• Train and develop installation and service team members.
