Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Installation Coordinator to serve as the main contact for customers and install field teams. You will manage job flow, schedule inspections, and ensure accurate paperwork for interior and exterior product lines throughout the install lifecycle.

You will monitor job statuses, coordinate with branch partners, and support customer satisfaction from sale through service while meeting performance targets for backlog and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Knowledge or experience in the home improvement or construction industry is preferred and prior clerical and/or administrative background.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain regular communication with customers across the install life cycle and resolve open questions.
• Coordinate with internal and external branch partners for all job inquiries and help with escalations and exceptions.
• Facilitate intake of open jobs, verify paperwork, schedule pre-install inspections, and process payments and service tickets.
