Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an Installation Coordinator to join our Coral Springs, FL team. This onsite role supports installation scheduling, customer communication, and coordination with sales and operations to ensure service quality.

Responsibilities include reviewing work orders for scope and dates, scheduling events, updating calendars, tracking installations, and processing pricing and documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating installation projects and schedules.
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and modify work orders for accuracy.
• Schedule events (pre-site, delivery, installation) with customers and update calendars.
• Track installations by product type and handle pricing for services.
