Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an Installation Coordinator to oversee scheduling and installation activities while ensuring customer requirements are met. You will partner with sales, review orders for accuracy, and serve as the primary contact for pre-site and post-install questions.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and MS Office proficiency, plus the ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams across our projects.

Qualifications

• Prior installation coordinating experience preferred.
• Ability to apply expert level product and installation knowledge.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and communicate effectively.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
• Review and modify work orders for scope and dates.
• Schedule events: pre-site, delivery and installation.
• Update Installation Calendar with job conditions.
• Track installations by product type and manage documentation.
• Provide pricing on services and handle inquiries or complaints.
