Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a Sr Installation Manager to lead the installation and scheduling teams across multiple projects. You will supervise installers, coordinate with sales, and ensure high-quality installations while managing subcontractors and field staff.

You will also oversee paperwork, vendor relations, and process improvements to support branch goals. A thorough knowledge of tools and MS Office is essential, with strong customer-facing leadership required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience leading a team of installers & scheduling, including interaction with customers.
• Experience working with third party sub-contractors.
• Proficiency with standard hand tools, electric tools and lifting devices.
• Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Attention to detail and professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Direct reports: Scheduling Manager, Installation Managers, installers.
• Manage 3rd party subcontractor teams and vendor relations.
• Coordinate install and scheduling to meet goals and deadlines.
• Lead field supervisors and office staff across projects.
• Ensure proper installation practices and complete paperwork accurately.
• Recruit, hire and train new installers.
