Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an onsite Installation Coordinator in Tampa to manage scheduling, coordination with installers and subcontractors, and ensure readiness of installation sites. You will handle communications with customers, track material delivery, and support paperwork through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installers and subcontractors from initial contact to contract closeout.
• Make initial contact with customers within 48 hours of job booking.
• Ensure site readiness including construction progress, lift availability, and network connectivity.
• Schedule technicians and vendors to ensure on-time installation completion.
• Create and distribute installation job packets with all details and forms.
• Track delivery of materials and update the Installation Portal.
• Process paperwork and maintain clear communication with internal teams.
