You will coordinate with branches and service providers, handle inspections, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering strong customer service and meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• 35% Customer Experience – maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely follow-up.
• 25% Job Process Support – coordinate with internal/external teams and assist with escalations.
• 40% Operations – manage open jobs, review paperwork for accuracy, schedule inspections, and process service tickets.
