Power Home Remodeling in Norman, OK is seeking an Install Manager to oversee installation partners and ensure high quality standards across projects.

You will work primarily in the field, coordinate crews, assess installations, and advise management on partner performance, pricing, and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2–4 years related experience, valid driver’s license, and certifications such as OSHA 10; the company offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• OSHA 10, VSI, AAMA Certification, Lead Certification (Will receive upon employment if not currently certified)

Responsibilities

• Independently assesses install partners’ installations and service calls to confirm adherence to operating practices and policies.
• Determines what action to take when issues present during the inspection process.
• Confirms that all company-branded work is OSHA-compliant and satisfies all other applicable laws and regulations.
• Evaluates install partner performance and, based on the evaluation, has the authority to manage scheduling and distribution of installation and repair jobs and to make recommendations regarding retention/termination.
• Works on site with customers to answer questions, concerns, and assess satisfaction, and to implement changes to resolve concerns in real time.
• Negotiates and adjusts material pricing agreements with customers and makes additional sales recommendations.
• Manages associated payment collections when necessary.
• Ensures materials meet company standards and identifies steps to meet compliance/quality standards.
• May perform services and repairs, requiring parts assessment.
