You will oversee partner performance, manage scheduling, and approve actions to resolve issues in real time, driving customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies across sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2-4 years of related work experience preferred.
• Proven customer service and field coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess install partners’ work to ensure adherence to practices and policies.
• Determine actions when issues arise during inspections.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and other regulations are met.
• Evaluate partner performance and manage scheduling and retention decisions.
