Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking an Install Manager to lead install partners and field crews, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of projects.

The role is hands-on, primarily in the field, with vendor management duties and direct customer interaction to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction. Requires a HS diploma and 2–4 years of related experience along with required certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related work experience.
• VSI, AAMA Certification, OSHA 10, Lead Certification (will receive upon employment if not currently certified).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving to/from sites.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess install partners’ installations and service calls for adherence to policies.
• Manage scheduling and distribution of installation and repair jobs.
• Ensure OSHA-compliant materials and meet quality standards.
• Interact with customers on-site to address questions and resolve concerns in real time.
• Negotiate and adjust pricing with customers and provide recommendations.
