HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance. The role involves coordinating with Sales, support staff and Customer Contractor Manager to meet customer expectations.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial cleaning with management experience, strong scheduling abilities, and a proven track record in safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in industrial cleaning with management experience.
• Experience operating standard/specialized industrial cleaning equipment.
• Ability to schedule equipment and personnel for daily tasks.
• Proven track record in resolving customer or employee complaints.
• Strong safety mindset and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waste management services at customer sites to ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate onsite employees supporting air, water, and hazardous waste programs.
• Maximize equipment and manpower utilization for productivity and profitability.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to drive cost control and continuous improvement.
• Provide timely reports to upper management on operations and KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues and optimize performance.
