HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations at the Deer Park site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with sales, customers, and support teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, equipment utilization, scheduling, and onsite personnel development, with opportunities to drive performance and client satisfaction on large industrial projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial refinery experience, with 2+ in management.
• Experience operating centrifuge equipment.
• Ability to schedule equipment and personnel for daily work.
• Proven track record in safety and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supervising and developing onsite staff.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations at customer sites to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Coordinate Health and Safety oversight of onsite staff.
• Maximize equipment and manpower utilization to support productivity.
• Oversee operations of decanter centrifuges, belt presses, pumps, and related equipment.
• Coach and mentor onsite personnel and support succession planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues and optimize program performance.
