Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial refinery experience in a management role.
- Experience operating centrifuge equipment and related processing machinery.
- Ability to efficiently schedule equipment and personnel for daily maintenance and projects.
- Strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations at customer sites safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate health and safety oversight of onsite personnel.
- Ensure optimal utilization of equipment and manpower to support productivity and profitability.
- Develop and implement performance measurement processes for onsite teams.
- Collaborate with customers and leadership to address issues and improve program performance.
