Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations, optimize equipment use, and schedule personnel. The role interfaces with Sales, support staff, and Customer Contractors to meet customer expectations and drive performance.

Current opening supports a Safety-first culture with opportunities for growth, training, and career development within the InSite team. This includes reporting, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years industrial cleaning experience, with at least 2 in a management capacity.
• Experience using standard/specialized industrial cleaning equipment.
• Ability to efficiently schedule equipment and personnel.
• Proven ability to resolve customer or employee complaints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waste management services at a customer site or group of locations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and coordinate health and safety oversight of onsite employees supporting customer programs.
• Ensure utilization of equipment and manpower is optimized for productivity and profitability.
• Develop, monitor, and measure KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost control.
• Establish and maintain processes to measure performance of onsite personnel and improve performance over time.
• Provide accurate reporting and data to upper management on operations and financial performance.
