Job summary

Digible is seeking an Insights & Analytics Strategist to join the Data team. You will translate data from the semantic layer and new signals into client-ready insights, working with the Agency Solutions team to turn analysis into action for our multifamily clients.

You will collaborate with Data Science and Analytics Engineering, report to the Director of Data, and thrive in a standalone analytics role embedded with business teams, driving decisions and outcomes beyond just reports.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytics/insights/analytics-engineering with client-facing exposure.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to query Snowflake to derive insight.
• Experience turning unstructured data into structured signals.
• Proven ability to shape questions, deliver answers, and drive action with non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with BI/reporting tools for client-facing and internal analysis.

Responsibilities

• Turn underused data into defensible client insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Agency Solutions to deploy insights on client accounts.
• Bridge semantic-layer foundations with new data and operationalize insights.
• Communicate findings effectively to clients and leadership.
