Digible is seeking an Insights & Analytics Strategist to join our Data team. You’ll bridge the governed semantic layer and operational data, delivering actionable client insights for our multifamily client base. You’ll partner with Agency Solutions to implement insights in real client accounts, measuring impact beyond dashboards.

This role emphasizes turning underused data into defensible insights, shaping questions with stakeholders, and driving action that changes outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytics, insights, or analytics-engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to query Snowflake to derive insights.
• Experience turning unstructured data into structured signals.
• Proven ability to shape questions, deliver answers, and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize customer analytics data into repeatable analyses.
• Deliver insights on client health, segmentation, and account narratives.
• Embed in agency workflows and translate ad hoc requests into recurring analyses.
• Turn insights into action with defined recommendations and follow‑ups.
• Build analytics products that show account health to teams and clients.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Data Science as needed.
