Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Manager, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights to lead data-driven initiatives within the Digital Assets space. You will partner with the Digital Assets team to empower decision-makers with insights and reporting that improve customer value and experiences.

You will build dashboards, summarize large datasets, and apply statistical analysis to influence product and operations decisions across Fidelity Digital Assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced Degree a plus.
4+ years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions.
Experience with SQL, Python, R and other analytical tools.
Experience designing dashboards/reports with Tableau, Power BI, Qlik; Business Objects is a plus.
Experience with Snowflake, Athena and other big data technologies.
Experience with digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics.
Experience in Digital Assets is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create and summarize large datasets in structured and unstructured data.
Collect and analyze data, develop insights and reporting capabilities for leaders.
Create solutions using deep statistical analysis to guide thought leadership.
Collaborate across diverse teams to drive Fidelity and customer outcomes.
Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn new skills and capabilities.
