Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced Degree a plus.
• 4+ years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R.
• Experience designing and developing dashboards/reports with Tableau, Power BI, Qlik; Business Objects a plus.
• Experience querying big data technologies such as Snowflake, Athena.
• Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
• Experience in Digital Assets a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and summarize large datasets in structured and unstructured data.
• Collect and analyze data to develop insights and reporting capabilities for leaders.
• Develop solutions using deep statistical analysis to drive thought leadership.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to enable Fidelity's customer value initiatives.
• Build dashboards and reports to support product and operations stakeholders.
